All sales on Agro Avenue are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Exceptions
We will only consider a resolution in the following cases:
- You received a product that is significantly different from what was ordered
- The product arrived damaged or tampered with

We do not offer:
- Cash refunds under any circumstance
- Returns due to change of mind
